{"id":981,"date":"2023-04-20T17:34:50","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T15:34:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbanisme.pia.fr\/?page_id=981"},"modified":"2025-02-05T17:52:08","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T16:52:08","slug":"dpu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/urbanisme.pia.fr\/index.php\/dpu\/","title":{"rendered":"Droit de Pr\u00e9emption Urbain (DPU)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Qu&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;un DPU ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le DPU constitue une possibilit\u00e9 offerte \u00e0 la commune, dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u00e9fini par d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration, de se substituer \u00e0 l&rsquo;acqu\u00e9reur \u00e9ventuel d&rsquo;un bien immobilier mis en vente.<\/p>\n<h3>Historique du DPU sur le territoire pianenc<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du\u00a0Conseil Municipal en date du 18 Mai 2013 instaurant un DPU simple sur la zone UA du PLU ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du Conseil Municipal en date du 22 F\u00e9vrier 2016 \u00e9tendant ce DPU aux zones 1AU3, 2AU, 2AUr, 3AU et 3AUr du PLU ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du Conseil Municipal en date du 27 Septembre 2017 concat\u00e9nant l\u2019ensemble des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations sur le DPU simple ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration du Conseil Municipal en date du 19 F\u00e9vrier 2020 appliquant le DPU simple aux zones urbaines U et ouvertes \u00e0 l&rsquo;urbanisation AU du PLU (seules seront exclues les zones n\u00e9cessitant une modification du Plan Local d\u2019Urbanisme)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>DPU simple<\/h3>\n<p>Sur la commune de Pia, le DPU est simple.
