Il contribue ainsi \u00e0 responsabiliser chaque citoyen pour sa propre mise en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des mesures mises en \u0153uvre par la collectivit\u00e9 dans le cadre de son Plan Communal de Sauvegarde (PCS).<br>Le premier DICRIM de Pia a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en parall\u00e8le de l\u2019\u00e9laboration PCS.
